Exposure is held at Century II Convention Center, 225 W. Douglas in downtown Wichita, KS.

Free Parking is available at Lawrence-Dumont Stadium with FREE shuttle pick ups every 7-10 minutes.  

Metered parking is available in the Century II parking lot .

1. When can I move in my booth display?

The 2010 Move-in Schedule is as follows on Wednesday, September 22, 2010:

Booths 100 - 909            1:00–3:00 PM
Booths 1001 - 1315       3:00-5:00 PM
Booths 1401 - 1716       10:00 AM – Noon
Booths 1801 - 2209       Noon – 2:00 PM
Booths 2301 - 2322       10:00 AM – Noon

Vehicles – please contact Angie Elliott for a special move-in time. 316-268-1129

If your booth is a large scale display, please contact Angie Elliott to coordinate your move-in process.

2. I need electricity and carpet, how do I get these items?

Electricity/internet/phone can be ordered directly through Century II with this form.

Booth decorations such as carpet, extra tables, draping, or greenery can be ordered through Henry Helgerson with this form.

Please note there are special deadlines to return these forms for best pricing!

3. What comes with my booth purchase?

Included with booth price is a booth sign with your business name, an 8’ back drop and 3’ high divider curtain on each side, one 6’ skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket.  

Electric Power/Telephone/Internet access must be ordered from Century II Convention Services at an additional expense (see #2 above). Exhibitors must supply their own extension cords and power strips. Order early to save money! Rates go up if ordered the day of the show. 

Thank you to everyone who participated in Exposure 2009 on September 17.  Planning for 2010 has begun and we look forward to bringing more opportunities for area businesses to showcase their products and make connections.
