Small Business Services Programs

Small business is the foundation of our community. In the Wichita Metro Area, we define a small business as one with 100 or fewer employees. They comprise about 97% of the establishments in our region, and account for at least 60% of the employees in our workforce. They are the lifeblood of our economy today, and they offer great potential for diversification and growth in the future.

The Small Business Services arm of the Chamber is committed to providing opportunities and resources that will enable growth of our member companies. Our current programs and services are focused in the following areas:

Building Your Brand and Your Business: We offer a variety of events that enable you to meet and make connections with local businesses, network for new customers, and to highlight your business in our community.

Strengthening Executive and Leadership Skills: We know that many of our small business leaders are interested in training on leadership and business management. Additionally, we provide opportunities to network with peers in order to share ideas and experiences on issues common to business owners.

Developing Your Team: Through your membership, you can provide relevant and cost-effective education for your managers and employees.

Building Your Community and Business Environment: If you are focused on improving the business environment of our region, or the advancement of the overall community, the Chamber offers multiple avenues for involvement, including governmental advocacy and economic development.

Check the Events section for specific event dates and information.
